Simona is very professional, nice and full of knowledge. I had a deep cleanse facial and it was definitely worth it. As I am naturally curious, I loved the fact that she explained each step and products used in the treatment. My skin looks and feels better. I also purchased a product recommended by Simona for my skin and so far I am pleased with it.
I had a "deep cleanse" facial. The therapist was nice and seemed knowledgeable. My only comments is that the facial did not seem to be as "deep" cleansing as others I have been having in the past - perhaps partly because a steamer was not used.
