The booking was for an hour but theyarrived late so it didn’t start till 10:18 for 2 people booked and they stopped at 10:52 and asked us to get ready. Hence it’s not really 1 hour of massage.
When you go to a spa you expdct some sort of relaxation from the moment to step in, but its not the case when you step in an open plan office floor and the waiting area has the view of office desks especially when you getting a massage to distract from the office. So it would have been a good heads up if this was communicated in the ad, its not good for relaxing and destressing when the first and last thing you remember is being in an office.
