I went to get a lash lift as I was going on holiday. She did terrible job, the lashes so curled rubbing my eyelids, she told me to call her next day to fix it. I called and texted her, she completely ignored me. 3 days later with the so annoying feeling of my lashes rubbing my skin and falling apart, she promised to call me next day to book me in. Never did. Next day I call her, she booked me in for next day at 10 am, few hours before my flight and never turned up or answered the phone
