There is always a warm friendly professional welcome by all members of staff.
I am always informed of what procedure I am having, what is happening and when i.e. i going to wax your left eyebrow (this was when I had eyelash tint on & could not see what was happening).
Christina is very informed of the treatments she offers,and is always informative.
Due to my mild learning difficulty I sometimes have difficulty in processing the information and need it to be repeated. I was slightly embarrassed to express this yet was kindly taken on board & was dealt with in an understanding compassionate manner.

What an absolutely stellar spot. Top notch service. Christina always gets it bang on, without any fuss and I can't recall a time I've not left her salon feeling refreshed and renewed. 5 Stars all around.
