Tracey was very welcoming and reassuring through the entire process. She allowed me the choice to go at my own pace and gave my breathing exercises to get through the discomfort and pain. Tracey treated me like a human being and not a number and I super duper appreciate that. I will be back for maintenance and future waxing appts.
