Ryan is great he has helped me a great deal with my current Achilles injury, he sits and listens to your problem and explains everything in great detail, if it wasn’t for Ryan, with his sports massage and exercises I would of given up doing exercise and stopped trying to get back to playing netball and retired
Very thorough questioning to establish my problems and then very careful and professional treatment. Ryan was really keen to help me feel better and has has followed up my appointment with further advice. Excellent value for money and a really good sports massage.

I've had treatments with both Ryan and Tracy. They are both so kind and very professional. I've had nails, eyelash extensions and eyebrow waxing done with Tracy and she is a true professional. She is such a perfectionist in what she does.
I've been going to ryan for some time as I really struggle with a bad back and neck due to posture. He has really improved my posture with recommending me certain things I can do at home. The massages are amazing and he can find your knots in minutes!
