Another amazing session with the lovely Fio. I've had a few different treatments with Fio since SkinConnect has opened and can honestly say she is not only an expertise in her field but also an amazing person who takes time to check-in on her client's wellbeing as well. Even the not so pleasant laser sessions are great as you don't realise the pain while we chat away and have a good laugh. I have recommended Fio to many of my friends as her service delivery and customer service is the tops.

Fiorenza is one of the nicest ladies you will meet. She’s so friendly and inviting and her treatments are fantastic. I’ve been going for laser hair removal and have seen great results so far. Would definitely recommend!

I have been doing treatments with Fio for nearly 1 year and I couldn’t be happier ! I travel all the way from Oxford just for her loving and caring (and the treatments of course 😅). She’s an excellent professional and I couldn’t recommend better ! Will definitely continue to use Fio for all my treatments because she is the best !
