She is very friendly and happy to see her again and again. My hair is not growing too much after the first session. I'm very satisfied by this treatment.

Chloe - very friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable. I was nervous as my first session; was a little prickly sensation but then adapted to it. Also she was very considerate and reassuring. Any questions I had she kindly answered and offered advice on what to do after the session etc.
