Chloe - very friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable. I was nervous as my first session; was a little prickly sensation but then adapted to it. Also she was very considerate and reassuring. Any questions I had she kindly answered and offered advice on what to do after the session etc.

I have been visiting Skin Cosmedics for over a year, Aisha is absolutely amazing, she is knowledgeable about the range of treatments she offer, lovely and very friendly, always a pleasure to go to her, I would highly recommend her.

I had my patch test two weeks ago. Aisha said I will have my results within 24 hours so I can book my first laser session immediately. I never heard back from her. I tried to call several times but no one answers. Hope someone sees my comment and calls me back soon otherwise I will search for another venue. My conversation with Aisha and the overall atmosphere was nice but communication is not great.
