Was so lovely to see Frances again after a long gap due to lockdown. As always she was very welcoming and friendly. The massage was purfect to help ease the tension i had in my neck back and shoulders. Her room feels so calm and is always a comfortable temprature. After the massage I felt relaxed and could turn my head further to the side, which I'd been struggling to do for a while. Can't wait until my next appointment.
