Frances was very friendly and welcoming while remaining professional. Lovely, relaxing room. The massage was really good and I have slept better the couple of nights since. One thing I liked was that the smell of the oil wasn’t overwhelming and Frances didn’t try to sell me any products, which some aromatherapists do. Will definitely be back.
