The therapist arrived at the same time as me so she wasn't ready. Kept me waiting nearly 10 minutes so I only had 20 minutes. I had a back massage and later that afternoon my upper back was sore and I had lower back ache.

This was my first time getting a facial treatment with Frances and she was absolutely amazing! If I could give her 6**** I would!
