Did only waxing, was extremely painful, and left bruises, never experienced that before. Did not do the facial.

This was one of the worst waxes, she used strip wax which was not mentioned on here and she kept tugging at my skin when trying to rip the wax off.
Her hands kept sticking to my skin which hurt even more and it was the longest wax. I have been waxing for over 5 years now and quite enjoy it but this was a horrible experience. She has teared my skin off and now I've scabbed. For such a delicate area she was not gentle at all, I do not recommend going here.

Recently had a dermabrasion skin treatment, I found the service to be professional and of great standard. I've booked a series of facial treatments due to the results I've experienced. Although a small location, was cosy and staff was polite, friendly and very informed.
Being demanded to get naked for a 30 minute 'back' massage (and the therapist doesn't leave the room to let you change) because it will affect the way she can work wasn't a great experience. I'd booked a back massage for the fact I have back issues and I was told she won't do 30 mins on the back only, it's the whole back of the body. The room smelt strongly of cigarettes. Phone calls were also answered mid treatment.
