I appreciate that good reviews were left but I personally have had the worst waxing experience in 4 years of waxing. I’ve been left with peeling skin, bumps and thrush. I believe this came from the first product she cleaned me with which burnt afterwards. I’ve literally never experienced such a reaction before, honestly horrific. She was a lovely lady but something is not quite right with the waxing products. I wouldn’t wish this uncomfortableness on anyone.

Burning marks everywhere. Even if the lady was very nice, I would not recommend this place again for waxing.

The atmosphere wasn’t great. As it was a massage I wanted it to be relaxing however it started with Smooth FM quite loud, but then asked it to be turned down / off / onto relaxing music. It was turned off which then meant I could hear people coming and going as they please. Not for actual treatments. The massage was very good, but spoilt by the atmosphere
