Katie is so friendly from when you walk in welcoming you. A hot drink offered and then puts you at ease during your appointment and helps with on trend colours styles she's so very patient and obliging. Katie is very professional and treats you with such kindness making sure that you enjoy your time chatting away so natural.

I visited Katie for a consultation regarding what treatments would be best for me. I took her advise and started treatment that she had recommended.So far I am over the moon with the fabulous results.Looking forward to my follow up treatment.
I would highly recommend Katie as she is excellent at what she is trained in and also a very friendly.

It's a shame that to rate the therapist you can only select one box. Which i think is unfair as Jo was all off the above. She was welcoming to start with during my consultation she advised which she thought would achieve my target area and adapted the treatment to suit me which I was really impressed and grateful off. She relaxed me and made me feel at ease. I have rebooked to go back.
