Worst manicure and customer service that I have ever experienced. Advertised as shellac yet only 5 colours available in CND Shellac! Lady who did nails was friendly but inexperienced and could not get the gel to set. The UV lamp was broken and overheating. Manager who took over was rude and aggressive and still unable to complete a manicure after more than two hours. Left with damaged nails and very untidy finish with bubbles and jagged edges plus 1 thumb still incomplete! Wolud never book here again, feel traumatised after the experience :(

Had another great experience at ABT Laser Centre - this is quickly becoming my favourite nail salon. Very friendly and attentive staff who know their stuff and are willing to advise and not push their own styles and ideas on you. I had a shellac manicure done by Ambika who was efficient and professional, I am very happy with the results so will definitely return.

Fantastic!! I got a last minute appointment this afternoon/evening after having a bit of a hair colour disaster in one of the salon near by and they were so helpful. Fakhra the stylist were absolutely brilliant and so friendly, she gave me a thorough consultation when I got there covering all the options that could help me and giving me their professional opinion of what would be the best treatment. She worked very hard on my hair whilst still making time to see to other customers arriving. She was were very attentive - making me copious coffees and constantly checking on me whilst my colour was developing. She did an amazing job with my hair, I would go as far as saying it was the best hairdressing experience I've had to date! My hair looks absolutely fantastic thanks to them. Nothing was too much for these girls and they made me feel like it was a pleasure rather than a chore ( unlike a lot of salons in Thornton Heath ) The service was exceptional. I would highly recommend Abtlasercentre and really hope this salon continues to thrive and attract the business they deserve. I will definitely be returning.
Very friendly atmosphere and very professional hairdresser. Would definitely use services again. Had loads of compliments from friends and family for my Blow Dry , also had Hollywood wax and have awarded it 5 stars.
Lovely little salon, however the atmosphere could be improved a little maybe playing relaxing music but great value for money and staff very friendly.
