Lovely experience relaxing face massage in a good venue, also had a pedicure treatment done which was good. Therapist was friendly and the owner gave me some good advice.Will recommend to people, would definitely go back, really enjoy coming here and staff are lovely to me. Faqara is really professional and friendly . Thank you for making my day.
For a start, I was ushered into a room in a rather cheerless way. Not that I particularly want to chat inanely but I asked a couple of basic questions and was more or less shushed. The waxist I had was obviously in a hurry and didn't want to be there. She did my waxing excessively quickly, spreading the wax on me as if she was spreading cold butter onto toast. Then she ripped the strips off so quickly that it actually stung (I normally don't find leg waxing painful at all). Then I got a perfunctory aftercare instruction and she ran out of the room. I understand that she probably had places to be and it was a late-ish appointment (5.30) but I was paying for a treatment and expected a bit more customer service than that. The service itself was acceptable but a bit patchy - I had to do quite a bit myself when I got home. I won't be going back.
Very friendly salon, went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. The hair treatment, cut and blow dry were perfect (and I am very picky).very happy with may Hollywood waxing both girls Yolanda and Shahrukh was excellent . Free parking, which is great. I will definitely be returning and telling all my friends about this place will be back. Great experience!
The environment were welcoming and relaxing which makes the experience enjoyable. I enjoyed my massage and felt that Yolanda had magical hands! I would highly recommend to anyone who needs some relaxation.
My appointment was at 6.15 - I was stuck in traffic and called to say I will be 5 minutes late. The lady abruptly told me I need to bear in mind they close at 7pm. I thought this was rude.
Great pedicure - the therapist paid great attention to detail, was friendly and considerate of my request.
