Nice and friendly experience. Chatty staff, quite busy place for a Monday morning. Was very happy with my hair cut and colour. had a facial too nice knowledgeable therapist who knows her job.
Could not fault the treatment, was fast and easy. I experienced hardly any pain which is always a good sign of a good waxer .excellent cut no fault what so ever I am going to go back for sure and recommend to my friends and family.
Another client was offered a cup of tea, yet I was completely disregarded. I was later offered a cup over an hour into my treatment.
I had a Shellac 'Pedicure' however, my feet were not soaked nor was the dead skin removed.
I had a 'Hollywood' wax but had more hair remaining than if I was to have had a Brazilian wax.
I was freezing cold so I kept my jacket on for the first 45 minutes.
There was no ambience.

I am very happy with my hair cut..the stylist understood exactly how I was expecting my hair to be cut and feeling now much lighter and more beautiful. I recommend this venue to others, I would like to treat myself to a massage maybe next time if I see online a good offer!Nunzia

An excellent service, with a very welcoming and relaxing atmosphere. Treatment itself was first class and very thorough.Highly recommended. Knowledgeable, lovely staff tailors the massage to what you need, I felt totally at ease and confident that I was in the hands of someone who truly knew what she was doing.will be back soon!
