Professional premises . Warm ,pleasant staff . Actual treatment was £15 for gel nails but they said manicures are not included . I was charged an additional £15 to simply have cuticles trimmed . Not even a hand massage was done as she said it would affect gel . Never heard such a thing as had both gel and massages previously . Most places just add £5 if you want a manicure . Costly place . Staff complained they prefer clients to have expensive treatments .

I have been a loyal customer to ABT for over a year .i regularly go to Thornton Heath branch for waxing,facial,hair cut and Colour and treatment.the place is clean and looks professional,the staff seemed very friendly . I walked in without an appointment and was seen immediately . The waxing was done quickly and without any fuss giving a very good result. It's pretty cheap too. I would definitely recommend it to my friends.
I am very glad that I had this treatment done as it has really defined my eyebrows and made them stand out more, which is the look I was going for.The experience of having it was brilliant. Fakhra explained everything in full and went through a choice of colours ,I did expect the treatment to be very painful but Fakhra assured me that the numbing cream will help, which it did. It was a little scratchy in places but to be honest I could have fallen to sleep I was so relaxed. The overall look once finished was brilliant and when the redness to the area went down a day later it looked even better. The after care was clear and I knew what to expect over the next couple of days while the area healed. I'm so pleased with it that I would recommend Fakhra to anyone who is thinking about having it done. I think every woman should go for it. I'm certainly hooked.
I went there for a microdermabrasion she done a really good job very pleased with my treatment will definitely go back

After reading reviews I was a bit nervous about visiting here!! It was actually ok, the therapist I had did have a few language barriers but she was very pleasant and made me feel relaxed. Free parking was a bonus! I've had a patch test and 1st session of IPL and so far so good. Not the best beauty therapy room but does the job!
