I had a very good experience at Skin Is In. The facial was very soothing and effective. My skin felt thoroughly cleansed and looked great straight after and in the days that followed. Kym assessed my skin and tailored the facial to what my skin needed at that moment - all the while ensuring it was gentle which is exactly what I wanted. I really appreciated her in-depth knowledge about the science of skin and I look forward to returning for another facial with Kym when I am next in London.
