I purchased voucher trough groupon, because of the discount,overall price and most importantly location of the treatment.
First : contact number (landline) company provides doesn’t work.
Second: on the day of appointment I found out extra fee for consultation ( I wasn’t aware when I purchased the voucher )!
Third: next available appointment in the location ( main reason close to my work place ) is in the middle of November!
Fourth: I have to purchase some products for after the treatment!
Overall experience not great! Finding a lot of extras you have to pay for!
When you advertise product or treatment at LEAST MENTION ABOUT what you expect, what you have to pay extra before customer decide to buy the product! This is misleading!!!
The only positive side was a conversation with really nurse who’s felt sorry for the way company seling product and not being honest about hidden costs.
It’s just frustrating!
