Unfortunately I have to say that I got the consultation and then the treatment but after four weeks everything was gone. Everything planned and promised vanished. My skin type has been blamed. Just wondering: what consultation is about then? In the office a full refund has been promised but later I received a text saying that no refund would have been provided.
I paid by card twice and twice the system didn't send me the receipt; I asked Maryam for it and never got it. On my bank statement I can see the payment not to 'Skin Knowledge' but to Maryam.
