I arrived at the relevant time but realised I stepped into a chic nail bar rather than the clinic itself. I was soon told that I needed to head down a flight of stairs for my appointment. The building is clean and neutral colours throughout - so it's pleasant and not dingy at all.
The room is as pictured but many products are placed on every surface so it doesn't look as tidy as it could.
Ramute was kind, friendly and approachable. She wanted to discuss my skin concerns first, which we did and she recommended what I should have next (without being pushy - emphasising to me that I should do my own research about such and such treatments - which I was grateful for).
The treatment started promptly (Microdermabrasion) and Ramute was quick.
The only thing I would suggest improving is the room feels a bit too clinical and the music featured was dating back to the 80s and early 90s. Don't get me wrong - I love me some Bryan Adams belting out "I'd die for yooouu.." just not sure if it's the most obvious choice to create the relevant ambience during a 40 minute treatment.
