Amy was lovely however she only has the one room so there's no privacy whilst changing before the wax - seems a bit pointless to offer paper modesty pants when you've already been exposed! The clinic is also located in a building with no signage outside so it was very difficult to find. The wax used wasn't hot enough either and she even added more wax to the warmer in the middle of my session which only made things worse. This meant it was more painful than usual when being removed; especially as her technique left a lot to be desired. My skin was being pulled a lot and she went over and over a couple of spots seemingly just trying her luck with the leftover wax on the strip. Unfortunately, I can't really recommend this place for the treatment I had.
