Staff were great and my lash lift came out fantastic.
Both appointments were late by about 15-20 minutes which was a shame, but the treatment itself was very professional and I'm pleased with the results.
Had 6 sessions of upper lip laser hair removal - I did a lot of research before choosing skin perfection and the experience was average. The actual results was disappointing - after 6 sessions my upper lip hair is growing completely the same, if anything the growth has been stunted from a week to now about 3 weeks. this isnt the spas liability as individual differences occurs plus i dont expect them to perform miracles. so that is no ones fault and the spa is not to blame. however the actual experience was bland - staff in a hurry to process you and speed up the appointment despite having an empty salon. keen to upsell (but im sure that must be every other salon too) and most saddening was i travelled 90 minutes for a 2 minute appointment. ive actually voiced it twice and they shrugged their shoulders and sped the app up. they dont offer you water or anything when you come in so do not be expected to be valued as a customer. i think they want to be marketed as an actual surgery so they skimp on actual customer satisfaction. i think the worst part was the actual managing director who took two of my appointments - aysha who was talking on and on and on. it was very difficult to ask questions as she was reciting a script. ive never had this with anyone and even informed my colleagues and family cos ive never felt so uncomfortable and bored for sessions i am paying for. i cannot comprehend how you can work in this field for a while and not be pulled up on talking for 14 minutes straight with no pauses or listen to the customer. overall, i am sad that i spent 143 pounds on something that didnt work (not their fault) but i wouldnt visit this spa again, weird staff and better spas around london.
