Bit too clinical for what I thought would be a pampering deluxe pedicure (eg. No big comfy chair, no refreshment offered). The hard/dry skin removal didn't feel in depth enough, my callus remained. No massage, only a bit of a feet rub when the creams were applied. Nail technician was nice & friendly.
