Sarah was lovely and took my husband's chronic pain into account when it came to his appointment. The room was relaxing with a diffuser and music/nature sounds plus the bed was heated and she had a towel AND furry blanket to lie under so we were super comfy during the whole thing. She managed to work all the knots out of our shoulder too :) We both came away feeling great - we'll definitely be back after Christmas!
