I had an amazing facial treatment with Zaneta! I felt incredibly relaxed and was able to unwind. Zaneta pays close attention to detail applying the appropriate treatment and care for your skin type. I was glowing, my skin felt smooth and I felt absolutely wonderful! I can't wait for my next appointment, I highly recommend this salon and the team, as I have received treatments for various therapists and they are all excellent.

My necklace went missing when I attended here. It had sentimental value to me. I am deaf and clearly told the therapist as much when she asked me to remove the necklace I handed it to her and she says she “put it in my shoe”. She said she told me this knowing I couldn’t hear her. Terrible customer service no apology given and when I asked for them to look for it or call the therapist to find out where she put it they were rude standoffish and put me on hold.
