I waited outside for 30 mins freezing, tried calling the salon number several times. Eventually got a text to say it closes at 2pm, and I shouldn’t have been able to book an appointment. I’m not sure whether this is the clinics fault or Treatwell, but this needs updating so that people cannot book past 2pm. I spent money on parking pointlessly and now have to go through the process of getting my £85 back which was prepaid for the treatment. Huge disappointment & very frustrating.
