Hi, I’m Mel, owner of SKIN. STUDIO. The studio is based in Phenix Salon Suites, L2, Liverpool. I specialise in cosmetic tattooing - primarily Lip Blush, Machine Brows & Microblading. If you are wanting to book with less than 24 hours notice please direct message on Instagram @_skin__studio_ however | cannot guarantee a response. All appointments made by Treatwell require card details to secure. A 48 hours cancellation / reschedule period is required. If you cancel with less than 48 hours notice your card will be charged.
