Good experience, I love that the staff explain everything properly. They are not the most professional sometimes but it's quite nice as you can actually have a conversation with them. Treatments are always fine - I had a full leg wax with no pain or problems afterwards.

Individual doing my facial was really rough to the point it felt a little bit like being slapped.
She was late to start for no clear reason but didn't make up the time.
It also sounded like she was chewing and blowing bubbles while doing my facial which didn't make a great ambience.
I've been to the salon once before and that was a great experience so seems a shame the facial was so bad.

Loved that staff were on time with my appointment, and friendly despite me not having had a treatment there before.
However, overall cleanliness wasn't great of the room I was in, but I only noticed it as I had to remain in there a while in order to let my tan dry.
Tan looked great, just what I wanted, however, I was only told when to wash off and how to look after upon asking, which I would expect to be told before or after the treatment.
