It was a while ago but very bad wax. Wasn't asked to hold skin taut etc. Just ripped it whilst talking.

Staff were lovely and very sweet. Took the time to perfect the pedi. Will be back.
Pedicure
The massage felt very half hearted and I didn't feel much benefit at all. It started 20 minutes late, and the time wasn't fully compensated. So it only lasted about 45 mins instead of the hour paid.
The massage seemed quite weak (and I'm told I have a low pain threshold), to be honest it just felt a little without effort. The bed was also squeaking with every movement. Staff were very pleasant and price obviously is good but I'd prefer to pay more for a more skilled massage. I wasn't asked anything - not preferences/sore spots etc at all during session.
