The staff were very friendly and didn't mind that I was 30mins late. Unfotunatley the actually shallac was poor quality and took two hours as the first nail technician put too much top coat on so it had a white tinge and hadn't set. The second didn't put enough on and when she wiped with alcohol at the end she took the colour off. Over all the end result was messy and not as glossy as a shallac should be. Also they could benefit from a more extensive colour range. I would have not paid full for the service but I'd already paid through wahanda

This place seems more like a tanning salon than a spa. My treatment was decent. The lady was very nice, but it was a bit cold lying naked on a table with wet mitts all over me. A dry rub would have been fine... or a wet one, but then heaters or a towel or something. I suppose this is one of those 'you get what you pay for' things...

Basically, the value for money wasn't quite on. Not a fantastically modern venue and treatment was standard so if the treatment were cheaper, I'd be a regular. Staff were friendly. Would recommend the salon but for East End on Roman Road would expect cheaper prices.

I had the deep cleanse facial and it was more than I expected! The lovely staff member was gentle and made the experience really calming. Had a lovely shoulder and head massage with the facial and that was a big bonus! Really recommend this place, this was my second visit and already planning to book another!

Very nice salon on Roman Road in Bow (right in the market), friendly and professional therapists, nice atmosphere and good value for money. Definitely recommended. Thumbs up!
