Happy with the result but the treatment itself wasn’t fantastic. It took over a hour and a half which is really long compared to other places I’ve gone to. The beautician left the room several times for 20 minutes or more, which is unpleasant when you can’t open your eyes and don’t know when she will be back - she said I could call for her but did not tell me her name. The room was very cold, and I am worried leaving the product on so long has damaged my lashes. I wouldn’t go again, sadly.
