Second time I visited Skin&Tonic after being pleased with my first trip. However, the second time round wasn't great. When entering there was no receptionist to speak too or any staff members available which I found unprofessional. Secondly, I booked an appointment and was made to wait 20 minutes. After putting that aside, I was pleased with the treatment I had.
