I’ve visited this place many times. And this last visit left me bleeding my private area is sore. Anita did my wax and she used so much force I’m in so much pain. I would actually like my money back. Also the place needs a good clean.

The massage was average, I still had some knots in my back when I left. However the facial was very good. Overall, it was good value for money and I was left relaxed.

I booked a hot wax and the therapist insisted on using strip wax, which was painful and not very effective. She rushed the whole process and the end result was pretty poor.
