Good value for money, shame they don't seem super precise in the hair removal - had some hairs left on my legs afterwards because it was not checked properly.

Most painful experience! The beautician was so ham fisted, I have cuts on my cuticles which she then put some kind of liquid and oil on, I chose to have my eyebrows waxed also before my treatment and I now have scabs under both, really awful, I only went because I wanted to look nice for a party, now my face looks like I've been in a fight!

I booked the appointment that morning but unfortunately was running late for my lunchtime appointment - I called to let them know I would be delayed and they were absolutely fine about me being late, very friendly. Treatment itself was good, lovely beautician and very helpful receptionist.

The staff are friendly, didn't have to wait at all for my appointment and overall the wax was good
