My underarm was a little burnt, and I wish they would stick to hot wax in the areas specified, but otherwise a good wax overall. Therapist happily revisited any spots missed, don't be shy.

The massage was good, felt a little rushed though. The studio fairly clean but the blanket was kinda oily. But all in all good atmosphere and very good value.
