I was at first excited to get this treatment and the girl was lovely and chatty, I left almost perfectly pleased with my new shellac nails. 3 hours later, after doing no work that would have compromised my nails, the whole nail polish was simply peeled itself halfway and then easily fell off. I was not going to let this affect my review but 4 hours later 4 more nails did the same thing .. leaving me to conclude that the nail polish was not applied well (i.e. too thickly). What should have lasted me 2 weeks, ended up coming off in less than 12 hours ...

My appointment was cancelled the morning it was meant to happen, package for 2 which they couldn’t do as only one therapist was available, I was offered a reschedule but my friend was only coming to London for the day so unfortunately that wasn’t possible. Luckily I hadn’t paid in advance.
