By far the worst shellac treatment I had ever gotten. While removing my previous shellac color, Anita was too aggressive and broke one nail and dented another (which she claimed was the polish and not her scraping it off). Also, the filing was all done wrong and the polish was uneven. The worst thing was that the polish was all over my skin, past the nail. And when I brought it to my attention she said it was not. In my opinion I am the customer and whether you think it’s perfect or not doesn’t matter because I’m paying for the service and it’s going to be on my Nails, not yours. Had a bit off an attitude when I mentioned the excess polish. Now I’m left with polish that is uneven, and not shiny. Have to look for another place ASAP to fix this disaster. Avoid for Nails!

The room where I had my wax was quite dark and the towel on the bed was old. The room didn’t look very well looked after / clean. There were glass tubes left on the floor. I had bruising on my bikini area after the wax which I’ve never experienced before.
