The first time was fine and that is why i went the second time for my pedicure. the experience was very bad and I regret that I went there again. it is not only that I did not get the service i expected, I was disrespected by the supervisor there. Amy, the lady who did the pedicure for me did not know what she was doing, i think this was the only time that she hold the equipments. she was too slow to finishe the treatment and if i did not tell her to cuticule before the polish, she would not do it. when i told her that she should cuticle, the supervisor heard me and come to see what was going on. i told her that i did not get my nails enough cuticled, she said that i have a limited time for the treatment and there is no much to do in one treatment !. i replied that the lady wasted time and was too slow and that is why there was no time for the cuticle. she replied that it is not accpetable for me to say that they lady was slow. she ordered the lady to hurry and finish the treatment. i did not like the unrespectful way that i was treated. the lady left me without even cleaning the red part of my polish that were left on my fingers !!!!. I will never get back again not because of the treatment but because of the disrespect.
