I have been going here for a year now and the staff are lovely. However, I recently paid for a hot Lycon intimate wax, underarm wax and eyebrow wax. I have never had such a waxing experience in my life. I was only given a wax strip option, not the Hot wax that I had paid for. Also was left with horrible bruising, blistering and loads of hair was missed.

I explained I didn't want much off my brows and she really took at lot off. The massage was really good however and she was really lovely. Table freaked constantly and there was no hole to put your head and I wouldn't exactly say the room was ambient
