Member of staff left the room several times during the service (during the massage itself!). Was given very little direction before, during and after the experience. Did not feel customer's
experience was top priority, although the individual who serviced was very nice. Possibly poor training?

Had a fabulous massage by Amy, she was young but very knowledgeable and bubbly. Felt really relaxed after the massage and even helped with my cold as she used ginger aromatherapy oils.
This is my second time to Skin and Tonic and on both occasions the lady giving me my Brazilian wax told me I should have strip wax down there when I had specifically asked for hot wax. I told her no, I definitely wanted hot wax as strip is too painful but she still insisted on doing some strip waxing (I'm not sure why she has such an aversion to using the hot wax - perhaps it's because she seemed to have some difficulty using the wax, which was quite sticky and unusually painful. She also proceeded to give me a Hollywood and take everything off when I had asked for a Brazilian! The lady (I think Aimee) who did my leg wax was good and very professional.
