Friendly, professional masseuse but the treatment I booked is described as a full body massage and it definitely isn't. Also, not enough pressure was applied during the treatment. Lovely masseuse though.
Aromatherapy Massage
Wasn't happy with the staff, she left the door open as they were short of staff and needed to hear the front door and the waxing wasn't that good, she missed out on areas. Its annoying as I've been there on a few occasions and Sam was amazing, her customer service was on point and her waxing. Should of waited till she was free. will do for future reference.

The Brazilian wax was brilliant the Shellac manicure was rubbish. Really bad paint work and the beauty therapist kept trying to peddle her own private business the whole time which got tiring.

The experience this time wasnt the best as I had to move between the two beauty rooms as the lights were not working properly. However the staff was apologetic and did a decent job.
