I booked the appointment that morning but unfortunately was running late for my lunchtime appointment - I called to let them know I would be delayed and they were absolutely fine about me being late, very friendly. Treatment itself was good, lovely beautician and very helpful receptionist.

Massage was lack lustre. Asked for her to concentrate on my shoulders and she didn't. No hole for face on the table so uncomfortable on my neck. Didn't talk me through, seemed basic and slap dash rather than relaxing experience. At the end 'right you're done' not thank you or anything. During facial was left alone for a while without any explanation.
