The staff were lovely, but the venue and decor very dated and shabby. The actual pedicure was far from professional and completely half hearted. Rather inelegantly, I ended up with my feet wrapped up in an actual role of cling film; the handling of my feet was rough and left them incredibly itchy; and the final nail polish work quite amateur. Sadly I found it all disappointing.
