I was overall happy with the final treatment. My only issue would be that I'm used to my beAuty therapists following a particular order with the hot wax which generally helps to ease my discomfort as I know what's coming next etc. I felt like the lady didn't quite have a technique which made me feel very tense throughout the session. However, I am extremely pleased with the final results so I guess it's just a personal preference

This beautician saloon is located in Roman Roa. The beautician that works there is very friendly, talkative and makes you feel confident straight away. It is clean and pleasant.
