I don't think the therapist understood how to conduct the treatment. I was left with half the product still on my face-she explained it had gone wrong but didn't offer anything to help. I had to eventually wash my own face and left the salon very disappointed.

Shellac manicure was meant to be 12.50, I booked at an off peak time to get this price- I arrive only to be told that there is a 10£ polish removal charge! Obviously I decided not to go ahead. This is false advertising, I would strongly advise you to go somewhere where you might pay a few more pounds but you know what you're getting rather than this place where the price at the salon is almost double that advertised on treatwell
The staff was lovely, friendly. Room was cold and the bench was wobbly
