The manicure was done by a person who was in training, but this was not said in my booking. As a results, the manicure service lasted 1 hour, with a terrible look at the end. Particularly there were many layers of nail varnish that was very thick. As a result, it started to go away almost immediately. So, I had to come back in the afternoon, when a more expert person did again part of the manicure, although some nails were they were impossible to fix and I had not time to repeat again the whole service.
The staff was very kind, but it is just that the manicure did not value what I had payed. The training girl is jus not ready to do the manicure alone, the other person was very capable, but it was too late.
Moreover, they did not have a receptionist, so, in the afternoon, I had to wait outiside knocking at the door, but it was Sunday.
