I booked via Treatwell an appointment on Sunday 12th March 2017 at 12.30hrs at Skin&Tonic Bow for an waxing. I had the confirmation.
I went there and the place was closed ! Without any explications. On internet and on their door, it is written that It is open Sunday till 17.00hrs.
I lost my time and my money because now I am still without any answers to my emails !!

Didn't know till I arrived that the therapist I had booked with wasn't in. Whilst waxing was adequate it just wasn't as good as I have become accustomed.

Lady took me in over 5 mins late and then stopped my massage 2 mins before orginal finishing time. So I had 7 mins taken off a 30 min appointment. She said she had to go pick up her son. Not very professional + head massage was actually quite sore! Pressure was too much and she didn't even ask if ok and I had a sore head for the whole day afterwards.
