The waxing was okay, although parts were missed which I only noticed when I was home. The staff member was friendly however made a phone call after she had put the wax on my legs and before removing it which I found unprofessional. I also wasn't provided a towel to cover myself when I arrived. A very different experience compared to my last appointment.

I booked at short notice and was very pleased with the service. It was my first time so have no point of reference but I enjoyed myself and the staff were great.
