Staff was super friendly and efficient, but the lack of cleanliness left me horrified. I couldn't help but ignore the advice of waiting at least 8h after the treatment to have a shower, I left the place happy with the service but still feeling FILTHY! What a shame, the previous times I booked Skin&Tonic everything was really neat and tidy :/

The worst experience I've ever had. I believe they did not use lycon wax but they advertise they do thus are misleading. Their wax was very sticky and felt as if she was yanking it off my skin rather than gently pulling it off. She then used strip wax which irrated the skin even further which made it the most painful experience I've ever had. There are still patches of hair present which I'm having to remove myself! This is my second time going to a place which does double dipping and I certainly will not be doing that again. The staff on the other hand were friendly.
