Rachel was really friendly and so sweet during everything. She talked me through everything she was doing - any questions I had, she had no issues answering. The results are fantastic and I definitely intend to come back again if I want another wax!

Lovely staff that greeted me at the door and amazing service. The beautician explained everything with a smile and was happy to talk to me throughout my wax to set me at ease. Only improvement would be to have some more signage outside as it is quite easy to walk past. Overall great experience for my first Brazilian wax and will go again :D
