Just a terrible experience. No feeling of glamour. Unfriendly staff. Wasn't at all what I wanted and in my opinion well overcharged. Fed back to shop. No response so now public comments made.

I enjoyed having my nails done. I was a little let down as I thought my cuticles would have been tidied up slightly. As I have had this before included with the painting of the nails. Customer service and the nail painting itself was lovely.
