Unprofessional. My child was asked by 2 staff members their birthday. Inconsistent people doing hair (3 people) Booked on treatwell, service was £15 based on age, was charged more on day. (Was rung to cancel booking on treatwell and pay cash). Was told they would change the pricing on app as its wrong but it still remains the same.
