My original appt had to be cancelled due to staff sickness, Sam was great and got me in to remove the gel nails I had on (they were looking awful) and made me another appt that suited me. All the staff are always so friendly, I highly recommend.

Sarah took a lot of time over my nails. She explained everything she was doing- sorting out a 'flakey' nail. Very professional and pleasant.
