Sarah was brilliant, took time to understand my skin concerns & routine at the beginning, and explained the facial steps both before she started and as she went along. The facial itself is very technology led, and I probably sound very old fashioned but I miss the therapist hands doing the work rather than a machine! Its not as relaxing but not painful either. However my skin felt good & glowing at the end of the treatment.

Was very apprehensive as my first outing since lockdown but salon staff were very welcoming and reassuring. Sam was amazing - very professional yet friendly and kind. My facial was perfect and I even got a hand, shoulder and head massage too. Would highly recommend.
