Great. I expected a bit more questions on my skin etc as I have some problems but I guess it’s not needed for a hydra facial as they are all follow the same process

My therapist was very nice but the treatment I don’t think was worth the price I paid. The atmosphere wasn’t super relaxing (not intended to be a spa) but the piece of equipment fell off my head during the treatment as the therapist had left the room which was alarming as I’d almost fallen asleep. Unfortunately wouldn’t recommend!

The therapist was nice but the wax was poor, I wouldn't go back.
