Didn’t let it dry long enough. Left it smudged. Had to come back. Luckily I live very close. One of my toe nails whatever way she did the clipping or filing it bled and has been quite painful.

I came for a relaxing treatment and got a disguised upsell,i.e. added stress. it's a booking fee,she starts suggesting you get multiple treatments and they have an offer and when you leave you could pay £100 on the door(125/sess) or £275(100/sess)

Elena did such a wonderful job on my nails. She was so patient in helping me decide what to get. Everyone was so friendly and their choice of treatments and products was amazing. I will definitely be returning as a regular.
