My nails got ruined during the visit which was really frustrating as I just got them to the right condition and in only an hour this salon ruined it. The shape of the nails were shocking, the opposite to what I asked for, the technitian was unwilling to assist with the nail polish colour. As if that was not frustrating enough, the end effect was horrible: the gel was uneven and didn’t dry properly; she had to take it all off. This has been over a week ago and I still haven’t received my refund.
