I have been a client since last year, a couple of times the waiting for my appointment was quite long but I didn’t complain .Last BIAB manicure was terrible, few of my nails were too tick and uneven and again I didn’t complain. Today I arrived 15 minutes late for my gel polish, the place was completely empty and I was told I could only have a manicure because of the time . I asked for a voucher for the price difference and there was no effort to accommodate it. I will not visit again
