Ludmila was very friendly and did her best to help me tind the colour I wanted. Her technique was great and she paid good attention to detail. However, I found the selection of colours for French tips quite limited. I originally wanted a lilac tip, but many of the colours weren't pigmented or thick enough for a French tip. In the end, l couldn't get the lilac tip I wanted and had to go with a white French tip instead.
